Refunds & Cancellations
Our Policy
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge you a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Listings
All of our photographers have Supra lock box keys to enter the property. If interior access is required (and the property is not on a lock box) then someone is required to be present to open up the home. Otherwise, if the photographer cannot access the property, then a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
Method of Payment
We require a valid credit card to book any appointment, but we will not charge your card until after the photo editing is completed. Any additional charges including the trip fee and add-on editing services will also be charged at that time.
